4. Account Registration

To access real-money Games on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account at any time. 5. KYC Identity Verification

You may play and deposit prior to completing KYC verification, but no withdrawal will be processed until your identity has been fully verified.

• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;

In all circumstances, 345jl's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 14. Account Suspension & Termination

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit made to the Account;

• The Account has been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Material changes will be communicated to Account Holders via email notification to their registered address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless an earlier effective date is required by PAGCOR, law, or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any changes, you must close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
